1. Agriculture
Agriculture involves the practice of cultivating soil, planting, raising, and harvesting crops. Agriculture does not require you to have any understanding of physics, even during your course of study. Who would need physics in agriculture? Most Nigerian universities do not even require you to have physics in your O-level results
2. Agricultural Economics
Agricultural economics is a field of agriculture that uses economic principles and theory to analyze problems in agriculture that are concerned with the distribution, allocation, and use of available scarce resources, such as land, labor, and capital, to obtain the highest level of output.
You don’t need to have any understanding of physics to study agricultural Economics. You will be exposed to more economic terms than scientific terms.
3. Agronomy
Agronomy is the branch of agriculture and the science that deals with field crop production and soil management. Agronomy involves experimenting with various factors that affect agriculture, such as disease, cultivation, weed, and pest management.
It involves the combination of chemistry, economics, ecology, biology, and genetics to solve the issue of agriculture, which does not involve physics.
4. Anatomy
Anatomy is the identification and description that shows the structure of living things, whether it be an animal or a human being.
It is tied to been known to be pure biology, including developmental biology, embryology, comparative anatomy, evolutionary biology, and Phylogeny.
Anatomy is more of a biology course rather than a mechanical course. You don’t need any physics understanding in a course like Anatomy

Animal production and science entail the study of biological science and the management of livestock, including livestock such as sheep, cows, horses, chickens, and other livestock.
It involves the study of the biology of animals that were domesticated by human beings. It focuses on farm management and the production of livestock for human consumption. Animal science deals extensively with science and management. You don’t need the knowledge of physics in Animal science, but of biology and management, such as economics.
6. Botany
Botany is also known as plant science. It involves the study of plant structure, properties, and biochemical processes of the plant.
It involves the study of diseases that affect plants and the plant’s interaction with the ecosystem, whether on land or sea. Botany is a branch of science that involves the study of living things such as plants, so its composition comprises more of biology than physics. Physics is not required in the study of botany in institutions.
7. Chemistry
Chemistry entails the study of matter, what it contains, the properties of matter, and how it changes in time or over time.
It explains how substances interact, combine, and transform to form new substances through chemical reactions. You don’t need physics for the study of chemistry in any institution, but you might be required by most institutions to study it in your first year, and then you will drop it in the second year of study.
